In the course of providing AI agent, automation, and systems services to you, we collect non-public personal information about you from sources such as service agreements and related documents as well as from transactions related to your account. In the normal course of serving our clients, the information we collect may be shared with companies that perform various services such as cloud providers, subcontractors, accountants, attorneys, and technology partners as well as with governmental agencies. Specifically, we may disclose to these service providers all non-public information we collect, including:

Information we receive on service agreements or other forms, such as a client 's name, address, telephone number, social security or tax identification number, scope of engagement, and payment information; and

Information about transactions with us, such as a client 's account balance, project history, system configurations, and other engagement data.

Any service provider or organization receiving your personal information will be authorized to use such information only to perform the services required and as permitted by applicable law.

Access to clients 'non-public personal information is restricted to those employees and managers of Olympus AI who require access to provide services to our clients. Olympus AI maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect non-public personal information. Clients 'right to privacy extends to all forms of contact with Olympus AI, including telephone, written correspondence and electronic media, such as the Internet.

Where Olympus AI builds, deploys, or manages AI agents and automation systems on behalf of clients, any data processed through those systems remains the property of the client. Olympus AI will not use client data to train models or share such data with third parties without explicit written authorization from the client.

Olympus AI reserves the right to change our privacy policies and this Privacy Statement at any time. This notice is intended to comply with the privacy provisions of applicable law. You may have additional rights under other foreign or domestic laws that may apply to you.
